1. Data We Collect

We collect your name, email address, and Google account profile picture when you sign in with Google. We also store session booking data, test attempt records, and payment information.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide tutoring services, track your learning progress, process payments, and send service-related notifications.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use Stripe for payment processing and Google OAuth for authentication. These third parties have their own privacy policies.

4. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Use the "Download My Data" and "Delete My Account" features in your profile, or email support@edulife.sg.

5. Data Retention

We retain financial records for 7 years as required by law. Non-financial personal data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
