1. Services

EduLife provides online tutoring services including live 1-on-1 sessions, course access, and MCQ practice tests.

2. Session Bundles

Sessions are sold in bundles. Unused sessions expire 12 months from purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will not deduct a credit. Late cancellations may result in a session deduction.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes. Sharing account credentials or attempting to access others' accounts is prohibited.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe and are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). EduLife does not store card details.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
